Summary:	In the present case, a person's appeal against the refusal of his application for disability benefits by the Office of Disability Insurance of the Canton of Vaud was rejected because the required advance payment of expenses was not made. The person in question was asked to make the payment several times, but this deadline was not met. Since no extension of the deadline was requested and no legal support was used, the complaint was declared inadmissible. It was stipulated that there would be no court costs and no compensation would be provided. The decision can be appealed to the Federal Court within 30 days.
