| Summary: | In the present case, we are talking about disability insurance benefits for the insured. After a comprehensive medical examination by various specialists, it was found that none of the health impairments of the insured person affects his ability to work. The insured then filed a complaint against the decision of the insurer, but his appeal was rejected and the decision of the insurer was confirmed. The court costs were provisionally imposed on the insured, while the legal fees were provisionally covered by the state. The insured person has the opportunity to file an appeal against this verdict with the Federal Court within 30 days. |
