Summary:	In the present case, we are dealing with the disability insurance claims of a woman who can only work to a limited extent due to health problems. After a detailed medical examination, it was found that she receives a disability pension of 44.01%, which is below the required threshold for a half-pension. The woman had appealed against this decision, but the appeal was dismissed and the decision of the disability insurance was confirmed. It was established that the woman should be able to engage in an adapted activity with a working capacity of 75%. The court costs of CHF 400 were imposed on the plaintiff because she lost the trial. No further costs were reimbursed. The decision can be appealed in the Federal Court.
