Summary:	The case concerns an insured person who is seeking to become a self-employed business owner. Although he had initially applied for a measure to support a self-employed activity, he later stated that he wanted to look for a job and finally started his own business. Nevertheless, he invested heavily financially and personally in the preparations and implementation of his business. Due to these circumstances and his limited availability for a salaried job, he was declared unfit for employment. The appeal against this decision was rejected, since the insured was clearly aimed at giving preference to his independent activity. It was found that as of December 13, 2018, he was no longer suitable for placement for employment as an employee.
