Summary:	The Chambre des curatelles of the Cantonal Court has heard the appeal of W.________ against the decision of the Justice of the Peace of the district of Jura - Nord vaudois. A guardianship was established because the person concerned suffers from schizophrenia and was classified as in need of protection. The appeal against guardianship was rejected, since the person in question continues to be classified as in need of protection. It was stipulated that guardianship will be reviewed after three years. The decision of the justice of the peace was confirmed and the application for the restoration of the suspensive effect was declared null and void.
