Summary:	The Chambre des curatelles of the Cantonal Court has decided on A.A.'s objection to a provisional order to set up a representative and administrative board. The decision was based on a medical report that found a mild neurocognitive disorder in A.A. The Chambre recognized the need for a board of trustees to safeguard its interests, as A.A. was not able to manage its affairs on its own. Despite the objection of A.A. the curatelle was confirmed because an accompanying curation was not enough due to difficulties in cooperation. The court dismissed the appeal and confirmed the order without additional court costs.
