Summary:	The case concerns an unemployed person who refused an offer of work as a warehouse clerk and was therefore suspended from unemployment benefits for 31 days. He argued that the offer did not meet his professional goals. The court ruled that the refusal of the offer of work can be considered a moderate misconduct and reduced the suspension to 23 days.
