Summary:	The Assurée worked as a cook in the `Restaurant du W.________`, which became insolvent, as a result of which her contract was terminated with immediate effect. She applied for unemployment compensation and received temporary benefits. The unemployment compensation was granted until March 2016, but the fund later demanded a repayment of CHF 6,020, as it had already received compensation from the insolvency case. The Assurée filed an objection, as it was of the opinion that the claim of the cashier was time-barred. The court ruled in favor of the assurée, as the cashier was not entitled to repayment.
