Summary:	A Portuguese worker had an accident at work in which he injured his left hand. After an operation and various examinations, he was denied a partial disability pension. He filed several appeals, which were rejected. Finally, an expertise was ordered, which, however, was considered insufficient. The matter was sent back to the insurance company for a more comprehensive investigation. The court order overturned the previous decision and ordered that the insurance company must make a new decision. No court costs were charged and the employee was awarded legal fees of CHF 2,200.
