Summary:	In the present case, an insured person has applied for a disability insurance pension, which was granted on the basis of 100% disability. The insured objected to the size of the pension, as she believed that her average annual income should be higher. The case was heard before the Cour des assurances sociales, which ruled that the insurance company's pension decision was lawful and the lawsuit was dismissed. The court costs were provisionally covered by the state, as the insured benefited from legal support. The decision can be appealed in the Federal Court.
