Summary: A French cross-border commuter who works as a security guard in Switzerland is unable to work after an accident. The disability insurance (IV) rejects the application for a disability pension because the insured person can still work 92% of his previous working hours. The Insurance Court of the Canton of Aargau agrees with the insured and awards him a disability pension.
